The New York Giants were hit hard with serious injuries at the wide receiver position this weekend, losing stars Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall for the season with leg and ankle injuries.

Now, the team will try to figure out how to move forward without its biggest stars. Quarterback Eli Manning is going to need some help or the Giants’ 0-5 start is going to spiral into one of the worst years in franchise history.
Things are so dire in New York right now that perhaps the Giants should check social media and reach out to legendary NFL receiver Terrell Owens.
With 15,934 career yards, Owens ranks second in NFL history in that category. His 153 career receiving touchdowns is good for third on the all-time list. However, Owens hasn’t played in the league since 2010, though he did have a brief stint with the Seattle Seahawks during the 2012 preseason.
Given the NFL’s relaxed celebration rules, it would be incredible to see what sort of dances Owens – one of the pioneers of touchdown celebrations – could come up with.
Though he’s 43 years old, Owens is still in incredible shape and is currently participating in the “Dancing with the Stars” reality competition.
T.O. last suited up for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010, and played for five teams in his career – the San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals.
Beckham and Marshall are both out for the season after suffering injuries in Sunday’s heartbreaking loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, so the Giants are the right amount of desperate to make a move like signing Owens.
